Each clinic operates as an independent unit with its own information, schedule, services, professionals, hours, and identity, while you maintain centralized control from a single panel.

A Clinic in Odontomy represents a real location. From this module, you can:

  • Create multiple clinics and manage them from a single account

  • Define services and categories by branch (orthodontics, implants, dental aesthetics, emergencies, etc.)

  • Assign professionals and staff by clinic and control availability

  • Set working hours by location

  • Manage images of the clinic (facilities, equipment, team) and visual resources

  • Choose public visibility to appear on your site and in the clinic market/search engine


📋 Clinics List: quick control by branch

From the Clinics List, you can see the status of your locations in seconds and act quickly:

  • Name and address

  • Number of services available per clinic

  • Number of professionals and staff assigned

  • Status (active/inactive)

  • Quick actions to view, edit, or manage

Additionally, you can apply bulk actions and use search to find clinics quickly.


🧾 General Information of the Clinic

Each clinic has a complete profile with key data for operation and online presence:

  • Name and description of the clinic

  • Parent clinic (optional, ideal for chains or franchises)

  • Identifier color (to organize views and calendars)

  • Phone numbers, email, and contact details

  • Tax identification (RUT/VAT or others, if applicable)

  • URL or informational video (optional)

  • “For everyone” services or segmented by clinic (according to your setup)


📍 Address and Location

The module includes a Address tab to correctly register the location of each clinic:

  • Full address

  • City/Department/State and country

  • Useful references for patients

This improves internal organization and enhances performance in the search engine/market when the clinic is public.
